"Blogger, c'est blaguer."--JS

River Street Whole Foods Market invites bloggers... we sample a Massachusetts beer The Grey Lady from Cisco Brewers on Nantucket Island, cheese platters, arancini, Peak Organic Brewing Company Winter Session Ale. Andie the queequeg missed, not on the scene with cinema reviews maybe now with Bridge Over Troubled Waters. A local cast of celebrated Whole Foods Market folks are around. We're in the tiny cafe and then we roam the store for a scavenger hunt. I point out a few blogs of interest to some folks here. Fonts of WFM described by the store's artist. A lift back home from a kindly neighbor. "Blogger, c'est blaguer."--JS

a) Check sale items.
b) While shopping make shopping list for next shopping trip.
c) Bring bags for groceries.
d) Shop during cusp, last day/first day of weekly sale.

e) Avoid salt, sweeteners, simple carbohydrates, refined grains.
f) Shop when crowded, consult other shoppers, store staff for hints, tips, pointers.
g) Ask staff their favorite selections!
h) Take notes... price/unit

i) 2-3 lb bags of produce.
j) No salt tomato paste.
k) No salt sunflower butter.
l) No oil, no salt popcorn.

m) Dry roasted unsalted almonds, cashews.
n) Turmeric tea.
o) Bánh mì
p) Hot table... more variety from day to day.
